We collect and use minimal account data to enable sign-up/sign-in, in-app password changes, and in-app account deletion.
2. Data We Collect
Account name (user-chosen).
Email – only checked for a format containing “@” (e.g., a@a); not verified; no emails are sent.
Password – stored with hashing + salting.
The app does not send emails, does not use push notifications, and does not require email verification.
Email is a secondary field used to confirm ownership for in-app password changes and account deletion.
3. How We Use Data
Account registration / sign-in.
In-app password change (confirmed by the email previously provided; no emails are sent).
4. In-App Account Deletion
Navigation: Settings → Notify → Delete Account.
Enter Account name and Email, tick two confirmation boxes, then submit.
After submission the status shows: “Your account and data will be permanently deleted within up to 30 days. You can cancel the request before processing.”
You can cancel the request in the app during the waiting period.
Deletion is performed during server maintenance and is permanent (irreversible).
5. Data Sharing
We do not share user account data with third parties and do not sell personal data.
6. Your Rights
Delete your account directly in the app (Settings → Notify → Delete Account).
The app does not use camera, microphone, location, or push notifications.
The app is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided data, please contact [email protected] to request deletion.
7. Security
Passwords are protected with hashing + salting. For locally stored credentials used for auto-fill, we use/recommend OS-level secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
8. Retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account or as per system policy. Some technical records may be retained to meet legal obligations for the minimum necessary period.
